Over the past few decades, Central America has experienced some of the most dramatic natural as well as man-made disasters in the entire region. The accumulation of these problems have incredible consequences for neighboring countries and more importantly, for the people living in these countries. Speakers will talk about the multiple crises in Central America, how problems with misinformation and access (or lack thereof) to trustworthy information as well as the pandemic have created a perfect storm situation in the region.
